Because of the potential added risks of being distracted while operating a motor vehicle, one of the scariest things (close behind driving while intoxicated) about the times we live in, is technology when mixed with driving. People of all ages are using their phones to text, call, look up directions, and engage in other activities, all while driving. This means they are paying less attention to the actual driving aspect of operating a motor vehicle. All motor vehicle accidents are serious, whether they are a simple fender bender or an accident that ends up fatally injuring one of the involved parties. If you are involved in an accident, due to the negligence of another party, you may be entitled to just and fair compensation for your pain and suffering and other damages.
